Willow Class took part in physical activities.
They were asked to notice how they felt and listen to their breathing before taking part.
They ran and jumped from hoop to hoop 10 times, then listened to their breathing and felt their heart. Noticing changes in their bodies is part of the physical development area of the EYFS curriculum

"I run a lot so I feel normal"
"running and jumping makes me happy"

"My trainers made me run too fast"
