Every year, as part of our School Development Planning Process, we set new School Development Priorities for the academic year. The process begins in Summer term, where we review the previous year's priorities, our school data, pupil, parent & carer and staff voice through surveys, and use all of these elements to reflect and set the School Development Priorities for the next academic year. We then write our School Development Plan, which breaks down each priority into a series of focused actions with success criteria and desired measurable outcomes. Our School Development Priorities shape our for the academic year and are systematically reviewed across the year. We share the priorities with our School Governors in the Summer term, and then with Staff during our September INSET Days. The School Development Priorities are then shared with our whole school community in Autumn Term. We write termly newsletters to keep you updated about our progress against the SDPs, and these can be found here!
